Importance of Marketing
I have a sales profile in my current company..and for every organisation a person who is associated with sales is important..as far as my role is concerned i have to take care of my territory and also responsible for m team performance..i also be responsible for BTL activites in my territory..this is a very challenging role that i am playing and company prefers also experienced people for this kind of tough profile..so i am very much important to my comapany
Recommendation
i personally believe that everything which makes an interest to an individual is valuable..i dont read books because i believe books are written on the basis of experiences happens in a corporate world..business cant be run through books..as far as newspaper is concerned i prefer business standards and google is the best website you ever get..no website can provide information better than google
Competitiveness
marketing involved planning part and i think without a plan how come a business canbe successful.
Achieving Targets
by motivating them through monetary and non monetary benefits which includes incentives and promotion and all
Positioning the product
there are lots of actions have to be performed in order to position products in the market..it requires regular visit to the retail counters,to do merchandising on their outlets, focus on customer attention and zeal to purchase a product is in always in the mind of a customers just we have to play an important role to convert that desire to final purchase and it can be done by postion a product at right place and time
Growth Prospect in marketing
i think there are lots of things in corporate which should be kept in mind while taking a decision..the most important task for a marketing professional is to understand others person needs and do things so that it can converted int desire and demand for the prduct is aroused..its a process in every step marketing professional plays an important role and once a process is over..he achieved something...so the chances are more because he/she understands others needs and also knows how to satisfy the needs and wants
Suggestions to aspirants
before marketing be a part of a sales team and start your career with a ground level..then only you can become a good marketing professional because once you have an experience about a reality in ground level then only you can make a good and valuable decisons and plans for the company
Recommended Courses and Certification
as such there is no requirement of any certification..just little bit of common sense and practical approach are sufficient.
Motivating Factor
i think first thing is to decide in which sector you wants to pursue your career..choose only that sector which you have an interest..it doesnt matter how much money factor is involve in it...once you choose your sector just try to learn the things..once you have this attitude you will get success for sure
Importance of On line marketing
i think online marketing is a very important mode for promoting products..reason being most of the users spend their time in it and they can get all the information there
Importance of 4ps
product price place and promotion..this 4ps of marketing is not only a tool but its a process which involves lots of planning...its very important for any organisation to provide accurate time to each P's in order to make it successful otherwise if an organisation lacking in any P of marketinh then it leads to failure of a product or a company
Differences
there is a huge difference between marketing and selling..selling involves only selling part and focus on more of sale but marketing means not only sell a product only for once but also make a long term relationship with the customer so he/she will become your loyal customer
Importance of STP
success of every product depends upon who how and when you approach to your customers and these things are important segmentation:who is your customer who can buy it targeting:how you are targeting to this customer positioning:when you are approaching to this customer so that your product is on top of the mind of your targeted customer
