How Does India Fare in Digital Marketing?

Bangalore: How does India fare when it comes to marketing talent? And where do we stand in regard to digital marketing knowledge when placed in comparison with the rest of the Asian countries?



The Digital Marketing Performance Dashboard 2012 report  by Adobe and the CMO highlights the current state of digital marketing among most countries in the Asia-Pacific region as posted by Claire Brinkley on econsultancy.com.



This recent report reveals some irksome data. It shows that while interest in digital marketing is very high, many of the countries surveyed are behind their western counterparts when it comes to ROI metrics, digital strategies, and even talent.



The infographic below illustrates the extent to which most countries in the Asia-Pacific region are attuned to Digital marketing with respect to the specific categories: mindset, marketing readiness, organizational alignment and marketing skills.



Each category in the infographic below features a ranking from 1-10, with 10 being the highest.
