Apollo Clinic has emerged successful in its recertification for the NABH Allopathic Clinic Standard. Its Koramangala clinic in Bengaluru is now the first in Karnataka to be given this prestigious accreditation. This will mark the second NABH recognition for Apollo Clinic in the country; the first accreditation was bagged by their Anna Nagar center in Chennai.
In February 2024, the Koramangala clinic completed its NABH renewal assessment as part of the 2nd cycle accreditation, securing re-accreditation under the Allopathic Clinic Standards, Edition-1.
Key initiatives taken up by the clinic that led to the qualification included iQMS (Innovative Queue Management systems) implemented for process streamlining and visibility for the patients, OTP-based online feedback collection from patients to ensure authenticity and confidentiality, Prohealth program (AI-based system) and Home Collection Sample services.
Speaking on the achievement, Gaurav Loria, Head – Quality, Apollo Health and Lifestyle said, “We are humbled to achieve NABH reaccreditation for our Apollo Clinic, Koramangala center. This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to provide the highest quality healthcare services to our patients. Achieving this accreditation demonstrates our dedication to continuous improvement and our pursuit of excellence in all aspects of our operations. On behalf of Apollo Health and Lifestyle I want to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team for their hard work and dedication”.
