Metro Brands has announced the launch of MetroActiv, a vibrant multi-brand retail platform designed to inspire India to move more. With this new venture, the company steps firmly into the athletic and performance sportswear segment, building on its success with brands like Foot Locker, Fila, and New Era.
MetroActiv aims to make premium sportswear more accessible to fitness enthusiasts across India. The concept combines retail, expert advice, and a fitness community, bringing together global names such as Nike, adidas, Puma, Asics, Skechers, New Balance, and Fila under one roof. Each outlet will cater to different activity needs, from running and training to lifestyle and outdoor wear.
The first phase of MetroActiv’s rollout will start in Indore, Dehradun, and Jodhpur, with stores ranging between 3,000-6,000 sq. ft. Each store will offer a lively, engaging space designed to merge global aesthetics with local flavor.
