Salesforce, a leading AI-powered Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, is embarking on its inaugural brand campaign in India. Titled 'We Help Growing Businesses Grow,' the campaign aims to underscore Salesforce's dedication to ensuring the success of its customers in India. Utilizing Customer 360, the platform seeks to forge robust customer relationships, accelerate time to value, and stay at the forefront of technological innovation. The campaign is set to span across key cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, employing primary mediums like print, digital, and out-of-home advertising.

‘We Help Growing Businesses Grow,’ aiming to support companies in enhancing customer relationships. The focus will be on fostering customer love, loyalty, and trust. Salesforce’s industry solutions, developed in collaboration with experts, aim to streamline operations, reduce costs, and unite businesses around customer-centric strategies. The campaign will specifically target transformations in the Manufacturing, Automobile, BFSI, Retail and consumer Goods, and Healthcare sectors. Salesforce expresses gratitude for powering various Indian businesses, including Atomberg Technologies, Mercedes-Benz Silver Arrows, DMI Finance, Jaipur Rugs, and Natural Remedies, as they celebrate growth and ambition within these industries.

Currently, Salesforce boasts a workforce of 10,000 employees in India, stationed in locations such as Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurugram, Pune, and Jaipur.
