Shopify Partners With CRED to Expand Payment Options for Merchants

Shopify, an e-commerce startup, has teamed with CRED to offer CRED's payment solutions to platform-based merchants. Select Shopify shops already accept CRED pay, and other retailers will soon be able to do the same.

Online shoppers who belong to CRED typically spend 40% more than the typical shopper. CRED Pay can be added to the payment options available to Shopify merchants with this integration. In addition to providing a seamless shopping experience to the top 1% of consumers in the nation, the alliance will allow retailers to increase prepaid conversions.

On the other hand, CRED members have access to selected incentives and offers and may make purchases on merchant websites powered by Shopify using their preferred payment methods. According to Miten Sampat from CRED, "CRED X Shopify will broaden the D2C brand ecosystem available for CRED members to discover and experience".

"Shopify merchants can leverage the trusted payment suite from CRED to unlock greater revenue potential by enabling smooth transactions, expanding payment options, and building curated campaigns for CRED members".
