Tech Mahindra a leading specialist in technology consulting and digital solutions for enterprises announced important leadership promotions to drive strategic expansion in key markets. Manish Mangal is appointed Head America Communications Business, while Sahil Dhawan has been assigned the role of Head India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) Business.

Manish Mangal, in his enlarged role of responsibility, will drive Tech Mahindra's Communications business in the Americas, one of the most important growth markets for the company. He brings a great depth of industry experience and a history of innovation to drive business transformation and create new opportunities for customers in the region. With more than 27 years of international experience working in the telecommunication business, Manish has been a driving force for taking 5G, AI, and cloud-native network technology forward. Before that, he worked as Chief Technology Officer – Telecom Business & Global Business Head – Network Services in Tech Mahindra.

Sahil Dhawan will be responsible for steering Tech Mahindra's growth strategy and customer outreach for the IMEA region, an area of key strategic importance for the company's future vision. His cross-functional background and customer-focused leadership will facilitate faster business growth and building stronger client relationships in major industries. Sahil Dhawan earlier was Senior Vice President & Global Head - Enterprise Applications. He was responsible for the global P&L for sales, delivery, solutions, and alliances of Tech Mahindra's vast Enterprise Applications portfolio.
