ICICI Lombard has recently launched a digital campaign named 'Claim Your Calm.' The campaign aims to promote mental well-being and address the societal concern of financial anxieties, which emerge due to inflationary healthcare costs. The campaign includes three films, and what's unique about it is that it has been entirely scripted, edited, and produced by artificial intelligence, making it the first of its kind in the industry. In India, almost half of all health expenses are directly paid by patients, creating an additional financial burden, especially during emotionally and physically stressful times such as when a loved one is hospitalized. The 'Claim Your Calm' campaign highlights how adequate insurance coverage can act as a safety net, alleviating financial worries during challenging periods.

ICICI Lombard has created a unique audio-visual experience that draws parallels between insurance and financial security. Through films on health, motor, and travel, viewers are transported to mental peace and comfort, illustrating insurance as a means to achieve economic and mental tranquility. This campaign is the first in the industry and showcases ICICI Lombard's commitment to innovation. AI tools and platforms like Midjourney played a significant role in scripting, voicing, and visualization.

Healthcare costs are inflating rapidly, which has led to around 10% of Indian households falling below the poverty line every year. This situation can cause depression and anxiety among millions of Indians, forcing them to sell their assets and jewelry and even take out enormous loans. In such cases, insurance can provide protection and peace of mind. The campaign's objective is to encourage behavioral changes in the Indian market that are yet to be tapped, highlighting the relationship between "protection through insurance" and a "peaceful state of mind."
