Publicis Media Unveils Spark Foundry India to Drive Next-Gen Media Growth

Publicis Media India has introduced Spark Foundry India, a new full-funnel media agency designed to meet the growing demand for integrated, AI-powered marketing solutions. The launch marks another major step in the company’s strong growth run, placing it firmly among the top media networks in the country.
Spark Foundry India will operate with a future-ready model that blends brand building, performance marketing, and commerce. Its approach focuses on using data and AI to connect the entire customer journey, from discovery to conversion and long-term loyalty and deliver measurable business results for brands.
Niti Kumar has been appointed CEO of Spark Foundry India. She previously served as Chief Growth Officer at Publicis Media India and is known for her sharp strategic thinking and strong client relationships. In her new role, she will focus on scaling the agency and positioning it as a high-performance media partner for modern brands.
As part of the leadership restructuring, Ravi Bhaya steps in as Chief Growth Officer for Publicis Media India. Jai Lala and Rathi Gangappa will continue to lead Zenith and Starcom, now with expanded responsibilities under Publicis Connected Media. Jai will drive Connected CRM, while Rathi will lead Connected Influence to strengthen the network’s integrated, data-driven media capabilities. All four leaders will report to Lalatendu Das, CEO of Publicis Media South Asia.
